![]() Season's Greetings Brethren! Seneca River Lodge has had a very productive fall. Attendance at our meetings has been very good and we have also had a good turnout at each meal as well. We have a few events in December, but no Stated Communication. Tuesday, December 2nd @ 7:30 PM Special Communication for the Purpose of Voting on Bylaws Changes This will be the only business for the evening. No meal before, dress will be dark suit, no Tux or Tails this night. Friday, December 12th Grand Lecturer’s Convention @ Memorial Lodge in North Syracuse 6:30 Dinner, 7:30 Meeting Our Senior Deacon, W. Thomas Fuzia will be representing Seneca River on the floor that evening. I would love to see all of our officers in attendance. It would be a great showing for us and receiving the POTS Award would be brilliant. Saturday, December 27 Feast of St. John the Evangelist This was originally scheduled for the 20th when I thought the Lodge would be putting it on. R.W. Vassily asked if the Observant Masonry Club could do it so it passed back to them. I will be in Virginia so will not be present. Please make every effort to support this event. Assuming the Bylaws pass on December 2nd, we will be dark through January & February, with our next Stated Communication on Tuesday, March 17th. I will try to keep information flowing during that time, mostly on our Facebook Page, Website & by email. I hope to get another letter out a few weeks before our March meeting. We are required by a Grand Master’s Edict to confer or exemplify a Degree each year. I hope to do this in June, possibly as a Special Communication on the 1stor 3rd Tuesday. At this point, the plan is to do the Entered Apprentice Degree. I will be in communication with the Officers & others need to complete this requirement in late January. Until we all meet again in 2015, I would like to wish you & your family a very happy holiday season with hope for a happy & prosperous new year. See you soon… Fraternally, R.·.W.·.
