Torrey in advance or you will be be responsible to pay for the dinner.
As always, dress code for this & all meetings is Tuxedo or dark suit. Our Meeting will commence at 7:30 PM with a 3 minute silent meditation in the Lodge Room before the Gavel falls to start the Opening.
I remind the Officers that if you are not going to be present that you have to notify me and the Secretary in writing, preferably by email - in ADVANCE.
On April 10th at Kitty Hoynes Irish Pub & Restaurant, I had my long hair shaved off to raise money for St. Baldrick’s Foundation - as of this writing, I have raised over $1100 for children’s cancer research. Kudos to the Brothers from Konosioni Lodge and Sue Kline from Ilderim Temple No. 15, Daughters of the Nile, who also raised funds by having their heads shaved in the event. If you see them, congratulate & thank them. I thank you for your support.
My time as Worshipful Master is drawing to a close. I have really enjoyed my two years in office and look forward to assisting Seneca River Lodge as we go forward. R.'.W.'. Wade Caler should be the next Master and I wish him good luck and ask that everyone give him all the respect and service you have given me. We have built something good here but we are just beginning. It's time for everyone to step up their game. Long live Seneca River lodge No. 160!
Until the next time, stay observant...
R.'.W.'. Richard J Powell
