As always, dress code for this & all meetings is Tuxedo or dark suit. Our Meeting will commence at 7:30 PM with a 3 minute silent meditation in the Lodge Room before the Gavel falls to start the Opening.
Our primary item on the Trestleboard for that evening will be the presentation of Service Awards. Those eligible for an award should have received a letter from our Secretary, Gary Heinmiller, with an invitation and details about the evening. Please contact him at 315-622-1167 or email@example.com to let him know if you will be present to receive your award that evening. Those slated to be recognized or honored include: R.’.W.’. Eugene A. Ellis, 55 years; Phillip A. de Maintenon, 50 years; R.’.W.’. Kim C. Dellow, 35 years; William E. Dugan, 35 years; Richard D. Salisbury, 35 years; myself for 20 years; W.'. Aleksander Vasilev, 10 years. Some will receive their awards from their Mother Lodges but all will be recognized this evening.
There will also be a short presentation on the Scottish Rite, the Valley of Syracuse and the 2016 All USA 32nd Degree Day where that Degree will be presented simultaneously across the United States in both the Northern Masonic and Southern Jurisdictions.
I remind the Officers that if you are not going to be present that you have to notify me and the Secretary in writing, preferably by email - in ADVANCE.
If any Brethren from other lodges would like to visit one of our Communications, I ask that you contact our Secretary in advance for details about our meetings.
